My philosophy is founded in breaking down why certain teachings and techniques work, getting to the root of the psychology of sales and business and adding a natural, authentic approach for each individual as the keys to developing sustainable, scaleable systems and teams.

The bulk of what I’ve accomplished in business and in sales I attribute to an amazing group of leaders and mentors including Don McConville, Cole Mitro and Tony Keathley. It was through their incredible patience, love and teachings that I discovered that I was not a salesperson, but instead a teacher inspired by the possibilities of developing people through sales, marketing and effective communication.
